Commissioning: Reproductive Grief Care Helper Annual Renewal Covenant Your Name(Required) First Last Email(Required) PhoneRenewal Year(Required) Year 1 Year 2 Year 3 Year 4+ I. Commitment to Biblical Standards YesI affirm that my care for those experiencing reproductive loss will remain rooted in the truth of God's Word. I commit to pointing those in my care toward the hope, comfort, and redemption found in Jesus Christ, and to offering grief care that reflects a biblical understanding of life, loss, and the sovereign goodness of God. II. Commitment to Biblical Sufficiency YesI affirm that Scripture is the foundation and final authority for the grief care I offer. While I recognize that research and observations from the broader field of psychology may at times illuminate aspects of human experience, I commit to filtering all such insights through the lens of God's Word rather than integrating them as equal sources of truth. I understand that biblical grief care is not a hybrid of secular and spiritual approaches but is rooted in the belief that God's Word is fully sufficient to address the suffering, questions, and longings of those navigating reproductive loss. Where secular frameworks and biblical truth are in conflict, I will hold to Scripture. III. Scope of Role YesI acknowledge that the Commissioned Reproductive Grief Care Helper (CRGCH) designation is not a certification or licensure in biblical counseling, professional counseling, or any clinical discipline. It reflects that I have been equipped through Reproductive Loss Network's training process to compassionately walk alongside individuals and families navigating grief related to miscarriage, stillbirth, infertility, abortion, and other reproductive losses. I commit to operating within this scope and to referring individuals to certified biblical counselors or their primary care physician when their needs exceed the boundaries of this training. IV. Church Accountability YesI affirm that I am an active, standing member of a local church and that my pastor or church elders are aware of and supportive of my involvement in reproductive loss grief care ministry. I understand that this accountability is not merely a formality — it reflects RLN's belief that compassionate helper ministry is best practiced within the covering and community of the local church. As a condition of maintaining my CRGCH designation, I agree to submit a current Pastoral or Elder Support Letter confirming my church membership and their awareness of my ministry involvement. This letter must be renewed annually alongside this covenant. V. Ongoing Growth & Conduct YesI commit to continuing my education in biblical grief care, remaining open to feedback and mentorship within the RLN community, and conducting myself in a manner consistent with the character and calling of a Christ-centered helper. VI. Acknowledgment YesBy signing below, I affirm that the information provided is accurate, that I have read and agree to the terms of this Annual Renewal Covenant, and that I welcome the accountability this commissioning represents.
